The Watch Shop and the Jewellery Shop are run as two shops on the same street, at No. 9 and No. 18, each with its own manager and its own collection. Walk from one door to the other and you are still with the same family.
That is the whole idea: repair technicians for the watches, jewellers for the stones, and one name answerable for both.

Every piece is genuine. If we cannot stand behind it, we do not sell it.
Warranty
New watches carry the shop warranty stated at the sale.
Repairs
Our factory-trained repair technicians service the watches we sell and the ones you already own.
Repair & servicing.
A watch is a small machine, and it deserves someone who can take it apart. Bring in a watch that has stopped, a bracelet that needs sizing, or one that has not been serviced in years. We will tell you what it needs before we begin.
Repairs are quoted before work starts. Most services are ready within a week; we confirm the timing on WhatsApp.
